Nomination Executive Committee 2026-2030

The Executive Committee is the governing body of the European Federation of Sexology, responsible for the management of the Federation and all its activities. It is composed of 11 elected members and a Past President, and must represent at least six different countries, with no single country holding more than two seats and a gender balance of no more than 60% of the majority gender.

At the upcoming General Assembly (29 May 2026, 6:30 PM), members will vote to fill 9 vacant seats on the Executive Committee. For each vote, the member society may express up to 9 preferences out of the 12 candidates.
Voting rules, as per the EFS Statutes (Art. 7, 12, 15):
  • Only Society members hold voting rights at the General Assembly. Each Society member has 1 vote if their membership is 1–99 individuals, 2 votes if 100–399, and 3 votes if 400 or more.
  • Elections are won by a simple majority of votes, taking into account the rules on gender and country balance.
  • In the event of a tied vote on the second ballot, the President holds a casting vote.
